Who we are?

The history of Rosteria dates back to 2012. It was then that two passions, for coffee and technologies, transformed into a crowded company specializing in coffee roasting and coffee machines maintenance. We started with importing equipment from abroad, repairing and leasing it out. Little by little, we accumulated experience and knowledge.

Active interest in the Ukrainian product was promoted by the inflation of 2014-2015. It was then that we had the opportunity to add coffee roasting to the list of services. Production volumes were constantly growing. In the first month, we sold 36 kg of coffee. In the second - 47 kg. We were taking the business seriously. Studied world practices. Were looking for experts in our industry.

Today, we are experts in the coffee market. And sell over 30 tons of coffee per month. Our products and services are professional, high-quality, for every taste and wallet.
Since 2020 we have been rankedas one of TOP 10 Ukrainian roasters.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. To check its status in real time, you can visit the "Tracking Your Parcel" section on our website. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking information to become available.

How many days until I receive my order?

In 10-13 business days.

I have not received my package, what should I do?

If you did not receive your package by the expected delivery date, please check on the shipment by tracking your order. Please allow 2-3 day for the tracking information to become available.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day.

How do I make an exchange?

Our exchange policy is only applicable to defective or wrong item(s) received in your online order and has to be made within 30 days from receiving your order. Please contact email us at Here with the option “I want to make an exchange”. Our customer service team will assist you with the returns process.

Please note that an exchange is subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, giving you a refund via the original payment method, or any other methods at the discretion of charlota-company.

Which Grind Should I Use?

Fine Grind- Anything that needs a very delicate grind (Pour Overs, Espresso, etc.)

Drip- Anything that needs a medium grind (Regular Coffee Makers, Keurig, etc)

French Press- Anything that needs a courser grind (French Press, Percolator, etc.)
