Colombia Decaf is the perfect option for those who have given up caffeine. This coffee has low acidity.
Our "Colombia Decaf" is produced using the "water decaffeination method."
In the water decaffeination process, only water is used—no chemical components are involved. Coffee beans are soaked in hot water, which extracts caffeine and flavor compounds. Then, using special filters, the caffeine is removed from the water, which is then used to soak a new batch of coffee. This allows the caffeine from the new batch to be absorbed into the water while the flavor and aroma return to the beans. The result is a drink that tastes almost like regular coffee but is not harmful to the heart.
This method is considered the most eco-friendly and cleanest since no foreign substances are introduced into the beans.
